Natural PU Polyether Sheet

Definition: Lightweight multifunctional panels made of polyurethane as the core material through processes such as foaming, pressing, and covering, which can be divided into hard PU panels, soft PU panels, and composite sandwich panels.

Structure: It is commonly a three-layer composite structure (surface material+polyurethane core material+substrate), and the surface material can be made of metal (aluminum, steel) PVC, Gypsum board, etc., with adjustable core density (30-200kg/m ³).

Heat-insulating property

Low thermal conductivity (0.022-0.028 W/(m · K)), superior to materials such as rock wool and EPS, effectively blocking heat conduction.

Lightweight and high-strength

The density is only 1/3-1/5 of traditional building materials, with a compressive strength of ≥ 150kPa and excellent bending strength, suitable for load-bearing structures.

Weather resistance and chemical stability

Temperature resistance range (-50 ℃~+120 ℃), acid and alkali resistance, mold resistance, suitable for harsh environments.

Cold chain:

Applied to refrigerated container bodies, with temperature fluctuations of ≤± 1 ℃ in an environment of -18 ℃.

Prefabricated building:

As an SPB (Structural Panels with Bonded) load-bearing wall panel, it achieves quick assembly in 6 hours.

New energy:

Photovoltaic panel substrate, resistant to UV aging, supporting structure reduces weight by 30%.

Shipbuilding:

Meets IMO FTPC Part 5 flame retardant requirements for use in cruise ship bulkhead partitions.
