High Quality Clear UPVC Sheet Material

U-PVC Sheet (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride sheet) is a rigid plastic sheet made primarily from polyvinyl chloride resin through extrusion or rolling processes. Without plasticizers such as DOP and DBP, it has high density, high mechanical strength, and excellent chemical stability. Its components usually include PVC resin, stabilizers (such as calcium zinc or lead salts), lubricants, fillers (such as calcium carbonate), and a small amount of modifiers, ensuring balanced performance through strict proportioning.

Compared to soft PVC (containing plasticizers), U-PVC has higher mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability, and is widely used in fields such as construction, industry, advertising, and transportation.

Features：

Physical and mechanical properties

High strength: The bending strength is ≥ 50MPa, and the impact resistance is better than ordinary PVC.

Rigid protrusion: elastic modulus ≥ 2500MPa, not easily deformed, strong bearing capacity.

Moderate density: 1.4-1.6 g/cm ³, lighter than metal but higher than most plastics.

Chemical stability

Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acid and alkali (pH 2-12), salt spray, and organic solvents (such as alcohols and oils), suitable for chemical environments.

Anti aging: UV stable formula can resist ultraviolet rays, and the outdoor service life is more than 10 years (with anti UV agent added).

Environmental adaptability

Flame retardancy: Oxygen index ≥ 45 (GB/T 2406), reaching UL94 V-0 level, self extinguishing upon ignition.

Insulation: Volume resistivity>10 Ω· cm, dielectric strength ≥ 20 kV/mm.

Temperature range: -20 ℃ to+60 ℃, long-term stability, short-term temperature resistance up to 80 ℃ (some modified models).

Processing and installation

Easy to process: can be sawed, drilled, welded (hot air welding), glued (PVC special adhesive).

Surface treatment: can be coated, printed or sprayed to meet decorative needs.

Thermal conductivity: 0.16 W/(m · K) (less than 200 times that of steel).
