PEEK, short for Polyetheretherketone, has become a core material in the aerospace, medical, and automotive fields due to its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility.

Compared with metals, its lightweight and complex molding capabilities significantly reduce component weight and maintenance costs, while meeting stringent environmental and safety standards. High temperature resistance: continuous use temperature 260℃, short-term resistance above 300℃, melting point 341℃.

High strength: tensile strength 90-120 MPa, flexural modulus 3-4 GPa, excellent creep resistance.

Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids (concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents (acetone, ethanol) and high-temperature steam.

Biocompatibility: ISO 10993 certified, suitable for medical implants (such as orthopedic devices).

Electrical insulation: dielectric strength 17-19 kV/mm, dielectric constant 3.2 (1 MHz).

Environmental compliance: halogen-free, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, RoHS and REACH certified.
