GP25NC THERMAL SPRAY POWDER

GP25NC is Chromium carbide based thermal spray powder(HVOF POWDER), with the composition of 75% Cr3C2+25%NiCr, the particle size is 15-45um. As the chromium carbide powde, the shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. As a chromium carbide coating, it is also one of HVOF powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 870°C, so it is often used for coating furnace bottom roller in steel industry in order to extend the service life.
