High Performance UHMWPE Rod PE 1000

UPE rod is an engineering plastic rod made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as raw material and formed through extrusion process. Its molecular weight usually exceeds 1.5 million (even up to 4 million or more), with extremely high molecular chain length and regularity, endowing the material with excellent physical and mechanical properties. The appearance of UPE rod is a milky white semi transparent to opaque cylindrical solid with a smooth surface and low density (about 0.93-0.97 g/cm ³). It can be processed into precision sized rods, and the length and diameter can be customized according to customer needs.
