ABS Sheet (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene Copolymer Sheet) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made from the copolymerization of three monomers: acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). ABS resin combines the chemical resistance and rigidity of acrylonitrile, the toughness and impact resistance of butadiene, and the processing fluidity and surface gloss of styrene to form a material with excellent comprehensive performance. ABS sheets are formed by extrusion or injection molding, with a smooth surface and uniform color (commonly beige, black or customized colors). The thickness range is usually 1mm to 20mm, the width can reach more than 2 meters, and the length can be customized according to needs. According to different uses, ABS sheets can be divided into general grade, high impact grade, flame retardant grade, weather resistant grade and food contact grade. Some products enhance rigidity by adding glass fiber (GF) or flame retardants (such as bromides) to improve fire resistance, which is suitable for scenes with high requirements for mechanical strength, weather resistance or safety.
