High Quality Grey C PVC Sheet Material
C-PVC Sheet, with its comprehensive performance, has become a reliable alternative to metal and fiberglass in harsh environments, especially suitable for engineering scenarios with limited budgets but high corrosion and temperature resistance. It is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made primarily from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin through high-temperature extrusion or rolling processes. The chlorination process (with a chlorine content of 63% -69%) significantly improves the temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength of ordinary PVC.
Advantages:
- Economy: The cost is only 1/3 to 1/2 of fluoroplastics such as PTFE and PVDF, and the cost-effectiveness is high.
- Convenient processing: It can be formed through CNC cutting, hot bending, and welding (hot air welding/ultrasonic welding) to adapt to complex designs.
- Health and safety: Compliant with FDA and NSF standards, some grades can be used for food contact or drinking water systems.
- Lightweight: Density of 1.5~1.6 g/cm ³, easy to transport and install, reducing structural load.

Features:
- High temperature resistance
- Long term use temperature can reach 90-110 ℃, short-term temperature resistance can reach 120 ℃ (ordinary PVC is only 60 ℃), suitable for high-temperature fluid or steam environments.
- Excellent chemical corrosion resistance
- It can resist strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), strong bases, salt solutions, organic solvents, and most hydrocarbons, which is superior to general plastics such as PP and PE.
- Insoluble in alcohols and fatty hydrocarbons, with high stability to oxidants such as sodium hypochlorite.
- Flame retardant and self extinguishing properties
- Oxygen index ≥ 60, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, releases hydrogen chloride gas during combustion to suppress the spread of fire, suitable for places with strict fire prevention requirements.
- Excellent mechanical performance
- Tensile strength ≥ 50 MPa, better impact resistance than ordinary PVC, high rigidity and creep resistance, suitable for load-bearing structures.
- Low thermal conductivity and electrical insulation
- Low thermal conductivity (0.14 W/m · K), suitable for insulation applications; Volume resistivity>10 ¹⁵Ω· cm, can be used for electrical insulation components.
- Environmental Protection and Durability
- Free of heavy metals and recyclable; Anti UV aging (after adding stabilizers), outdoor service life of more than 10 years.
