C-PVC RODS MATERIAL

Made from high-purity PVC resin with stabilizers, lubricants, and inorganic pigments, this material is molded through a high-temperature extrusion process. It boasts a density of 1.35-1.50 g/cm³, a smooth and uniform surface, and combines high hardness, excellent rigidity, and wear resistance. It exhibits outstanding mechanical properties: flexural strength ≥70 MPa, tensile strength ≥50 MPa, and impact toughness superior to ordinary plastics. It is dimensionally stable, has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (8.0×10⁻⁵/°C), and operates within a temperature range of -15°C to 60°C. It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (pH 1-12) and chemical attack. It offers excellent electrical insulation properties (volume resistivity ≥10¹⁴ Ω·m), an oxygen index ≥40, and meets the V-0 flame retardancy standard. Environmentally compliant, with heavy metal content well below RoHS limits, it can replace metal or lead-containing products. It is widely used in industrial applications such as chemical pipe fittings, pump and valve components, building door and window profiles, electrical insulation supports, precision mold guide posts, and conveyor rails, offering a price-performance ratio 20%-30% higher than ABS and nylon.
