PEEK GF SHEET AND ROD

PEEK GF (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyetheretherketone) is PEEK and glass fibers (usually 30% glass fiber). It is a high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic compounded with PEEK and glass fiber (usually 30% glass fiber). Reinforced by glass fibers, its mechanical strength, rigidity, and heat resistance are significantly improved, while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance. Tensile strength increased to 150-200 MPa (90-120 MPa for pure PEEK).

High heat resistance: Heat deflection temperature (HDT) increased to 220°C (1.82 MPa load), short-term resistance to 260°C.

Dimensional stability: low shrinkage (<0.1%), suitable for precision parts.

Chemical resistance: resistant to strong acids, bases, esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Lightweight: Density 1.35-1.45 g/cm³, more than 50% lighter than metal.

Environmental Compliance: Halogen free, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, ISO 10993 medical certified.
