SKYSIL SS-317 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

1. SS-317 's chemical parameters are total equal to Nipsil E-1011.

- Particles dispersion (6.0-8.0 um) : It can scatter the light by creating a rough surface which can have stable matte effect. (20-50 GU,60° ). And

at the same time, it can also avoid the bad influence of coating's cover ability. This type of silica matting agent is specially suitable used in dark

metallic paint or thick film system.

- - Oil absorption value matching (260-320g/100g): Accurately adsorb resin free groups, reduce coating viscosity fluctuations, and ensure spray

leveling and anti-sagging properties.

2. Upgraded adaptability of industrial coatings

- High temperature stability: Withstands continuous baking at 200℃, no yellowing or agglomeration, and is suitable for electrophoretic coating

and powder coating mixing processes.

- Chemical inert protection: Passed acid and alkali/solvent resistance test (no abnormality after 240h immersion), suitable for highly corrosive

environments such as chemical plants and offshore platforms.

- Broad-spectrum compatibility: seamlessly compatible with epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic and other resin systems, no hard precipitation during

long-term storage.

3. Surface modification technology to enhance efficiency

- Low surface energy treatment: reduce competitive adsorption with coating additives (such as leveling agents, dispersants), and avoid coating

shrinkage or fisheye defects.

- Enhanced wear resistance: Improve the scratch resistance of the coating through microstructure optimization.
