SKYSIL SS-820 SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER FOR UV COATING

SS-820 silica matting agent is a high-performance functional additive specially developed for UV coating systems. Through precise oil

absorption value control, optimized particle size distribution and patented surface treatment process, it provides excellent matte effect

and construction performance for UV coatings. This product is particularly suitable for high-end application fields such as UV wood paint,

electronic product housing, and automotive interior.

1. Precise particle size control (7.0-7.5μm): The particle size range optimized for UV coatings provides uniform and lasting matte effect.

Compared with finer particle sizes, 7.0-7.5μm particles are more stable during UV curing and can minimize the impact on coating

transparency.

2. Surface organic wax treatment: This feature significantly improves particle dispersibility and quickly and evenly integrates into the UV

resin system. The wax layer forms a protective film to enhance the scratch resistance and wear resistance of the coating. Give the product

a silky and delicate touch and enhance the high-end texture.

SS-820, with its unique technology triangle of 7μm transparent particle size, 18% active surface area, and 140ml extremely low oil absorption,

reshapes the matte standard for UV coatings, providing a precise solution for 30-60μm matte coatings that combines deep-layer curing reliability,
