SKYSIL SS-322 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SS-320 matting agent is a high-performance matte additive designed for industrial coatings. Through patented special surface treatment

technology, it significantly improves particle dispersion and coating functional stability. It is suitable for coil coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion

topcoats and engineering machinery coatings, helping industrial equipment achieve long-term matte protection and performance upgrades

in harsh environments.

-Special surface treatment technology: Adopting organic-inorganic gradient coating process, a dense modified layer is constructed on the

surface of nano-silicon dioxide to enhance the interfacial bonding force with epoxy, polyester, fluorocarbon and other resins, ensuring uniform

dispersion of particles during high-speed roller coating and high-temperature baking (200-250℃), eliminating agglomeration, sedimentation or

coating haze; giving the coating a silky touch and scratch resistance (no visible scratches after 1kg force steel wool cyclic friction test).

- Precise matte control: When the addition amount is 2.5%-5%, the 60° gloss can be precisely controlled to 8-40GU, which is suitable for the

diverse needs from full matte to semi-gloss in industrial scenarios, without affecting the coating hardness (≥2H) and adhesion (ISO 0 grade).

- Extreme environment tolerance: Matting particles and resin form a three-dimensional cross-linked network, which enhances the coating's

weather resistance (accelerated aging by 2500h QUV), salt spray resistance (≥1500h) and chemical corrosion resistance (10% acid and alkali

immersion for 240h without abnormality), and is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as offshore facilities and chemical equipment.
