Product detailed description
Material: High density polyethylene (HDPE), orange achieved by adding UV resistant colorants and inorganic pigments, in compliance with ISO 1874-1 standard.
Production process: using extrusion or compression molding, with a density of ≥ 0.945 g/cm ³ (ASTM D792), narrow molecular weight distribution, and a crystallinity of up to 80% -90%.
Surface treatment: Available in glossy, matte, or textured finish (anti slip R10 level, DIN 51130 standard).

Performance
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength 25-32 MPa (ASTM D638), flexural modulus 1100-1400 MPa (ASTM D790), impact strength (notch) 8-12 kJ/m ² (toughness maintained at -40 ℃).
Thermal performance: Hot deformation temperature 75-85 ℃ (0.45MPa load, ASTM D648), The Vicat softening point is 125-135 ℃ (ISO 306), and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 100 ℃.
Chemical resistance: Resistant to strong acids and bases (pH 1-14, 20 ℃ environment), insoluble in organic solvents (ISO 175 testing standard).
Wear resistance: friction coefficient 0.15-0.25 (dry to steel, DIN 53375), wear rate<0.5mm/1000h (verified for mining grade applications).
Aging resistance: containing 2% -5% carbon black and HALS light stabilizer, passing the 2000 hour QUV accelerated aging test (ISO 4892-3), with an outdoor life of more than 10 years.
Environmental safety: Compliant with RoHS 2.0, REACH regulations, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food contact certification, NSF/ANSI 51 drinking water safety standards.

Convenient processing: Supports CNC machining (recommended cutting speed of 200-400m/min), hot forming (120-160 ℃), and welding (hot air welding/extrusion welding with a strength of ≥ 90% of the base material).
