Innovation Design Features
The Lithium-ion Battery Load Tester is primarily utilized to evaluate parameters (voltage, capacity, etc.) of cylindrical batteries in the process of formation. The battery dimensions that will fit are diameter 32-60mm with a maximum length between 65-220mm and will operate in a high temperature and negative pressure environment. It can classify the batteries based on the data evaluated, complete data analysis and will enable the option to upload and share.
High-temperature Negative Pressure system
This Battery Formation Equipment has an integrated temperature control module with an exactitude of 20-70°C (±3°C) It also has an adjustable negative pressure range of -100kPa to 0kPa and can continously sustain stable production negative pressure of -80 kPa. To uniformally conduct electrolyte infusion and have consistency across the batteries.
Energy Recovery Technology
This valueless bidirectional inverter system has 70% discharge efficiency and 80% charge efficiency, while providing an overall power saving rate above 60% and save at least 30% annual electricity cost.
