SKYSIL SS-890 SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER FOR UV COATING

SS-890 is a high property matting agent, specially designed for UV coating system.The 9-10μm large particle size design and 220-300g/100g

high oil absorption value formula provide excellent matte effect and process adaptability for the coating.This product is particularly suitable for

high-end UV coating applications that require deep matting and excellent surface texture, such as wood coatings, electronic product housings,

automotive interiors, etc.

1. Large particle size (9-10 μm) -- deep extinction, improved efficiency.

- Large particle size can provide stronger light scattering ability. Enhance matte effect.Reduce the amount added (3-5% can achieve ultra-low

gloss).

- Optimize the coating surface structure to avoid the "false matte" phenomenon caused by fine particle size and ensure that the matte effect is

long-lasting and stable.

- Reduce the viscosity sensitivity of the system and improve the coating construction tolerance, especially suitable for high solid content UV system.

2. High oil absorption value (220-300g/100g) - Enhance wettability and optimize dispersion.

- High oil absorption ensures that the matting agent is fully combined with the UV resin, avoids particle agglomeration, and improves the uniformity

of the coating.

- Balances the matte effect and the leveling of the coating, solving the construction problems caused by traditional high oil absorption products.

- Enhances compatibility with polar resins and is suitable for a variety of UV systems such as epoxy acrylate and polyurethane acrylate.
