High Quality Pure PMMA Sheet
Clear Acrylic Sheet, also known as Polymethyl Methacrylate Sheet (PMMA Sheet), is a linear polymer made by bulk polymerization or suspension polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) as a monomer, and is a transparent sheet formed by extrusion or casting. The word acrylic comes from the English "Acrylic Acid". Because its optical properties are close to glass and it has the lightness and easy processing characteristics of plastic, it is known as "plastic crystal".
Since its industrial production in the 1930s, clear acrylic sheets have been widely used in architectural lighting, advertising display, optical instruments, medical equipment and other fields with high light transmittance, excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance, becoming an indispensable material in modern industry and life.

Application areas
Architecture and decoration
(1) Building lighting and curtain walls
Roof lighting panels: Transparent acrylic panels are used for gymnasiums and greenhouse roofs (light transmittance ≥ 90%, weight is only 1/2 of glass, reducing structural load), such as the roof lighting strip of Beijing Daxing International Airport; Building curtain walls: Colored acrylic panels are used for commercial building facades (such as the LED light box of Shanghai World Financial Center), which are both decorative and light-transmitting.
(2) Interior decoration and furniture
Display cabinets and partitions: High-transmittance acrylic panels are used for museum display cabinets (anti-ultraviolet protection of cultural relics) and high-end brand store windows (no color difference in display of goods); Furniture components: Acrylic table and chair panels (such as IKEA's "Lake" series), bathroom mirror frames (replacing glass to avoid the risk of breakage).
Advertisements and signs
(1) Billboards and light boxes
Outdoor billboards: Acrylic sheets are used for large outdoor advertisements (such as advertisements on the exterior walls of shopping malls), with a weather resistance of more than 10 years (sheets without stabilizers will turn yellow in just 2-3 years);
LED light boxes: Transparent acrylic sheets are used as light guides (the surface microstructure design allows for even light distribution), and are used for subway stations and shopping mall guide signs.
(2) Signs and signs
Three-dimensional characters and luminous characters: Acrylic sheets are made into three-dimensional characters (such as chain store signs) through CNC engraving, and the edges can be polished to a mirror effect (to enhance the visual impact of reflection);
Traffic signs: Acrylic reflective film (coated with glass beads on the back) is used for road signs (nighttime reflective distance ≥ 200 meters).
Optics and electronics
(1) Optical instruments and equipment
Microscope slides: High-transmittance acrylic sheets are used for biological microscopes (replacing glass, reducing weight and not easy to break), with a transmittance of ≥92%;
Laser equipment windows: Anti-UV acrylic sheets are used for laser cutting machines and medical laser windows (filtering harmful UV bands).
(2) Electronics and displays
Mobile phone screen protectors: High-hardness acrylic sheets (surface hardness ≥3H pencil hardness) are used for mobile phone covers (replacing glass, reducing the risk of broken screens), with a transmittance of ≥90%;
LED package lenses: Optical-grade acrylic sheets are made into LED lamp covers through injection molding (evenly diffuse light and reduce glare).
