SKYSIL SS-612 SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER FOR PRINTING INK

SS-612 uses exclusive organic surface treatment to construct active functional groups on the surface of silica particles (≥99.0% SiO₂), which

are covalently anchored with ink resins, completely solving the pain points of traditional matting agents such as sedimentation and gloss loss

due to physical mixing, and gloss fluctuations due to repeated printing, and improving matte durability by 300%.

1. Molecular interface fusion:

- Organic modified layer → Form chemical bonds with polyurethane/acrylic resin (FT-IR verification)

- Porosity 1.8-2.0 ml/g → Light scattering efficiency increased by 40%

2. Dynamic equilibrium system:

- pH 6-8 broad spectrum compatibility → Acid/base curing system extinction consistency

- 260-320 g/100g oil absorption → Precise and controllable thixotropy (Δ viscosity ≤±2%)

3. Extreme environment stability:

- Loss on burning ≤7.0% → No cracking in 200℃ drying oven

- Whiteness ≥95.0 → Zero fluorescent residue in medical packaging printing
