2.Product Structure
1. The front of the soundproof enclosure features an automatic door-raising mechanism, which automatically raises the cylinder and has a locking device. After loading, a single button press instantly activates the programmable start/completion process: door closing, housing vibration, delay, vibration stop, delay, and door opening.

2. The height of the casting positioning mechanism is adjustable from 350 to 650 mm. If the height of the casting does not match the user's casting, the height of the support block can be adjusted.

3. The slag outlet of this machine is sealed with a pneumatic cylinder side push mechanism and is equipped with a scrap material conveyor.

4. The YN-HZK-950 worktable has a 0° angle, ensuring stable vibration.

5. The entire machine is welded from section steel and hot-rolled steel plates, ensuring high strength and low vibration and noise.

6. It operates pneumatically, making it safer and more convenient for outdoor use. It features automatic vibration start from the right side and a comprehensive air distribution system.
