1.Main fatures and advantages：

The wax injection system utilizes a servo motor drive, offering advantages over traditional hydraulic drives, such as faster response, higher control precision, and more stable operation. The servo motor's positioning accuracy reaches 0.01 mm, enabling precise control of the speed and position of the wax injection rod, thereby enabling precise regulation of injection pressure and flow.

The temperature control system utilizes a zoned design, independently controlling the temperatures of the wax bath, injection nozzle, and mold. Each zone is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor and heating device, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Using intelligent temperature control instruments, operators can set temperature parameters for each zone based on the characteristics of the wax material and production requirements, effectively eliminating streaks or cold shuts caused by temperature unevenness in the wax liquid.
