2,Main feature

1. Heating utilizes automatic temperature control, set by a temperature controller. When the temperature reaches the set value, a signal is transmitted to the temperature sensor via a temperature sensor.

The temperature controller automatically cuts off the heater power supply and automatically restarts the heater when the temperature drops.

2. The heating belt is equipped with a rotary temperature control knob. When the temperature continues to rise to a certain value, the heating power supply is cut off to prevent accidents.

3. The paste-making system uses cold water and variable frequency speed regulation to control the wax paste hardness and paste-making speed.

4. This equipment primarily consists of the following components:

Wax liquid storage tank: for storing liquid wax raw materials;

Paste roller: for forming the wax paste;

Wax paste mixing drum (two): for mixing and stirring the wax paste to ensure uniformity;

Water cooling system: provides cooling and optimizes the wax paste curing process;

Wax delivery system: for automated delivery of liquid and paste wax. Tank Structure:

Inner tank: Welded from 304 stainless steel plates, ensuring corrosion resistance and sanitation.

Intermediate heating layer: Welded from 2mm thick stainless steel plates, with a built-in independent electric heater, using water as the heat transfer medium for uniform heating.

Insulation: The outer layer utilizes rock wool insulation to effectively reduce heat loss, prevent surface burns, and enhance operational safety.

This design combines efficient heating with temperature stability, making it ideal for producing high-quality wax pastes.
