2.Main feature

1. Equipment Components and Structure

This equipment consists of a liquid wax storage tank, a paste drum, dual wax paste mixing drums, a water cooling system, and a wax delivery system.

Inner Tank: Welded with 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Heating Layer: The middle layer is a 2mm stainless steel structure with a built-in independent electric heater, using water as the heat transfer medium for uniform temperature control.

Insulation Layer: The outer layer is covered with rock wool insulation to reduce heat loss and prevent surface burns.

2. Intelligent Temperature Control System

The heating temperature is precisely set by a temperature controller and monitored in real time by a temperature sensor.

When the set temperature is reached, the system automatically shuts off the heating power and immediately restarts when the temperature drops, ensuring constant temperature control.

3. Double Safety Protection

The heating belt is equipped with a manual knob for temperature control, with an adjustable upper temperature limit.

If the temperature rises abnormally, the system will forcibly shut off the power to prevent overheating. 4. Paste-Making Process Control

A cold water circulation system and variable frequency speed control technology precisely adjust the wax paste's hardness and molding speed.

Multiple gear adjustments are supported to accommodate diverse production needs.
