2.Configuration instructions

1. The nozzle diameter of the dual-station wax injection machine is 6-9 mm, and the wax injection rate is approximately 3-8 ml/s.

2. Electrical components include: Chint Electric; Delta (Taiwan) PLC programmer; and Omron (Japan) proximity switches.

3. The hydraulic system includes: Weiliang (Taiwan) circulating motor pump; Qunli (Taiwan) hydraulic motor; Gree (Taiwan) hydraulic pump; NOK (Japan) oil seals; Jinan Yuci Branch cylinder; and Yuken (Taiwan) hydraulic valves.

4. The main frame is welded from δ20 hot-rolled steel; the internal wax tank is made of 304 stainless steel; the wax cooling system utilizes a three-tube design, and the wax pipes are pickled.

5. The ejection function enables automatic demolding, making wax molds quick and easy to remove.

6. The dual-mold function allows one station to inject two sets of molds with different nozzle heights.
