1.Description

1. Clamping Force: This series of wax injection machines offers two clamping force specifications: 10 tons and 16 tons. The 10-ton clamping force is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized wax models. It ensures a tight fit while precisely controlling the wax injection pressure to ensure high-quality wax models. The 16-ton clamping force is more suitable for the production of larger or complex wax models. The strong clamping force effectively handles the pressure exerted on the mold during high-pressure wax injection, preventing deformation and ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the wax model.

2. Injection Pressure: The injection pressure range is 0-6.3MPa. This adjustable injection pressure design allows the machine to adapt to different wax material properties and wax modeling requirements. For wax materials with good fluidity, the injection pressure can be appropriately reduced to avoid over-injection, which can cause mold damage or defects such as flash. For wax materials with poor fluidity or when filling complex mold cavities, the injection pressure can be increased to ensure that the wax fills every corner of the mold quickly and evenly, resulting in a complete wax model.
