2. Инструкции по настройке

1. Электрические компоненты: Chint, программатор ПЛК для тайваньской серии Delta, компоненты серии выключателей закрытия производства Omron, Япония.

2. Гидравлическая система: гидравлический клапан от Taiwan Oil Research; гидравлический двигатель от Taiwan Group; гидравлический насос от Taiwan Gree; циркуляционный насос от Taiwan Weiliang; уплотнение барабана-цилиндра от Japan NOK; масляный цилиндр от Jinan Yuci Branch.

3. Главный двигатель изготовлен из стали δ 20, сваренной горячим способом, внутренний слой восковой коробки изготовлен из нержавеющей стали 304, система охлаждения воска состоит из трёх труб, причём восковая труба сварена методом травления.

4. Диаметр сопла дуплексной машины для литья воска составляет Φ 6-9 мм. Скорость впрыска воска составляет около 3-8 мл/с.

3. Описание

3.1. Для сокращения процесса точного литья используется цилиндр без воска. Нет необходимости выдерживать воск в течение 24 часов в инкубаторе.

3.2. Трёхслойный охладитель восковой трубки, нагрев или охлаждение с помощью теплоносителя, контроль температуры воска, надёжная работа. Погрешность температуры контролируется в пределах ±0,5°C, а скорость усадки – в пределах 0,5%.

3.3. Регулируемое сопло можно настраивать с помощью формы вверх, вниз, влево, вправо и назад.

3.4. Давление и расход воска контролируются раздельно. Это позволяет реализовать вторичный наддув, что эффективно предотвращает усадку восковой формы и повышает качество воска.

3.5. Гидравлические и электрические компоненты импортного производства обеспечивают стабильную и надёжную работу, высокую экономичность.

3.6. В соответствии с требованиями заказчика, машина может осуществлять автоматическое регулирование температуры, давления и расхода.
