2,Configuration instructions

1. Dual-Station Independent Control: The two injection molding stations can operate completely independently, with separate temperature settings and adjustments to meet the differentiated temperature control requirements of different molds.

2. Intelligent Mold Cooling System: Both the upper and lower mold plates feature built-in chilled water circulation channels, which automatically circulate a cooling medium (such as chilled water) to quickly and evenly remove heat from the mold, ensuring precise mold temperature control.

3. Highly Compatible Mold Mounting Design: The equipment features T-slots machined in the balancing direction of the fixed and movable plates, and pre-installed M12 T-nuts, facilitating quick and flexible installation and securing of molds of various sizes.

4. Clean Air Supply: The system includes a compressed air filtration device to effectively remove moisture, oil, and impurities, ensuring clean and dry compressed air supply and guaranteeing the reliability and lifespan of pneumatic components.

5. Programmable Pneumatic Core Puller: Each station is equipped with three pneumatic core pullers (single cylinder head with magnetic induction). The user only needs to connect the Φ10.0mm air pipe to the corresponding interface of the mold to use it; the order of each set of core pulling, triggering timing and other parameters can be independently and flexibly set on the touch screen to adapt to complex molding processes.
