2,Configuration instructions

2.1 Control System: Utilizes an advanced touchscreen and German Siemens PLC control system. The intuitive and concise touchscreen interface allows operators to easily set and adjust various process parameters, such as injection pressure, time, and temperature, enabling seamless human-machine interaction. The Siemens PLC, as the core of the control system, boasts exceptional stability and reliability, precisely controlling every aspect of the equipment to ensure accurate and consistent operation. Furthermore, the control system can store 100 sets of product data and process parameters, enabling users to quickly access these settings when producing different products. This significantly reduces process debugging time and improves production efficiency.

2.2 Ejection System: The machine features an ejection system, enabling automated operation during mass production. Once the wax pattern is formed, the ejection system accurately ejects it from the mold according to a pre-set procedure, reducing the workload and time required for manual removal, lowering labor costs. It also prevents damage to the wax pattern during manual removal, improving product yield.
