1.Description

1. This equipment utilizes a wax-free tank design, which shortens the precision casting production process. The wax pattern insulation box eliminates the need for 24-hour static operation.

2. Equipped with a three-layer wax tube cooler, it can be heated or cooled using thermal oil. This provides reliable temperature control for wax models, with a temperature error within ±0.5°C and shrinkage within 0.5%.

3. The nozzle is adjustable, allowing it to follow the mold in vertical, horizontal, and reverse directions.

4. The pressure and flow of the wax flow can be independently controlled, enabling secondary pressurization, effectively preventing shrinkage and improving wax model quality.

5. Imported hydraulic and electrical components offer stable and reliable performance and a high cost-effectiveness.

6. The machine can be customized to achieve automatic and timely control of temperature, pressure, and flow according to specific customer requirements.

Detailed parameters such as automatic pressure and actuation time can be modified on the human-machine interface. A rocker switch and various buttons are provided for operating the hydraulic pump, thermal oil pump, and manual operation. 4.2. Capable of collecting and executing PLC input and output operations; equipped with a contactless intermediate relay, 220V input and DC24V output; a main power leakage protection switch; and a motor AC contactor and thermal overload protector, adjustable according to the motor's current.

2,Hydraulic system: the hydraulic valve is Taiwan oil research; the hydraulic motor is Taiwan Group; the hydraulic pump is Taiwan Gree, the circulating motor pump is Taiwan Weiliang; the drum-cylinder seal is Japan NOK; the oil cylinder is Jinan Yuci Branch.

3,The main engine is made of δ 20 hot plate welding, the inner layer of the wax box is 304 stainless steel plate welding, the wax cooling system is made of three pipes, and the wax pipe is welded by pickling.

4. The nozzle diameter of the duplex wax injection machine is Φ 6-9mm. The wax injection speed is about 3-8 mL / s
