2.Description

1. The three-layer wax tube cooler utilizes thermal oil for heating and cooling, ensuring reliable wax temperature control. Temperature tolerance is controlled within ±0.5°C, and shrinkage is controlled within 0.5%.

2. A wax-free cylinder is used to shorten the precision casting production process, eliminating the need for the wax mold to rest in an insulated box for 24 hours.

3. The nozzle is adjustable, allowing for vertical, horizontal, and reciprocating movement of the mold.

4. Independent control of wax flow pressure and flow allows for secondary pressurization, effectively preventing shrinkage and improving wax mold quality.

5. The machine can automatically and timely control temperature, pressure, and flow according to customer requirements.

6. Imported hydraulic and electrical components ensure stable and reliable performance and a high cost-effectiveness.
