Anti corrosion heat shrink winding tape

Anti corrosion heat shrink winding tape, also known as anti-corrosion adhesive tape, polyethylene heat shrink winding tape, etc., is composed of radiation cross-linked polyethylene sheet (base material) and special hot melt adhesive. It is divided into three layers (3PE, including two-component solvent-free epoxy resin primer, anti-corrosion hot melt adhesive, irradiation-modified low-density polyethylene) and two layers (2PE, It features structures such as no primer and jacket anti-corrosion (foam jacket cover, hot melt adhesive, base material).

Designed for anti-corrosion of buried steel pipelines with a working temperature of ≤80℃, it is wound around the pipeline and used for pipe body repair, protection of irregular parts, etc., providing long-term protection for steel pipes. It is also suitable for anti-corrosion of oil, gas and water pipelines and irregular pipe fittings, pipeline layer repair, or overall pipeline anti-corrosion.

Features: Easy installation, resistant to mechanical damage, resistant to water purification pressure, excellent bonding and sealing performance, resistant to bacteria and chemical corrosion.

Specification: Compatible with steel pipes of DN100 - DN1000; The thickness of the base material is 1.0-2.0mm, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the product is 2.0-3.0mm (adjustable as needed). The commonly used width is 50-300mm, and each roll is 20-30m long when packaged in rolls.

The thickness range of the above products is 1.4-3.0mm. Common thicknesses are 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, and 2.2mm

Special sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
