Chemical Resistant Polyoxymethylene POM Sheet
POM-C Sheet (Polyoxymethylene Copolymer Sheet) is a high-performance engineering plastic sheet based on copolymerized formaldehyde resin, which is made by extrusion or molding. Its molecular structure is formed by copolymerization of formaldehyde monomers, and copolymer units (such as ethylene oxide, etc.) are introduced into the main chain to optimize the balance between thermal stability, processing performance and mechanical strength. Compared with homopolymer (POM-H), POM-C has better dimensional stability at high temperatures and significantly improved acid and alkali resistance, while maintaining excellent rigidity, wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. The surface of the sheet is smooth and flat, with uniform color (commonly natural or black), and the thickness ranges from 1mm to 250mm. The size and tolerance can be customized according to needs.
