1. Power part of winding: Two winding motors are used in conjunction with the main motor for three motor linkage control. The main motor controls the tension of the feeding and winding motors, ensuring stable tension and beautiful appearance of the finished product. 
2. Winding mechanism: The winding shaft adopts a slip system, which can automatically adjust the winding tension during winding, and has better effect on dealing with uneven thickness of materials. 
3. Motor control part: The operation interface adopts an LCD touch screen, which can directly set the name type winding conditions and operation status on the screen. The control part adopts a programmable controller for mechanical action control, equipped with a self detection system, which can diagnose the cause of machine failure by itself. 
4. Pedestrian bridge type material feeding: 
The material adopts a bridge type feeding method before passing through the knife, which is easy to operate and can prevent static electricity on the material from adsorbing dust on the ground. 
5. Auxiliary pressure wheel device: The material is equipped with a pneumatic pressure wheel mechanism before feeding, which can press the material and prevent waste of tail material, reducing material loss. 
6. Basic feeding form: Separated feeding machine base, with a large feeding diameter, provides more space for installing other devices.
