Equipment Introduction: 
Main transmission part: AC motor combined with frequency converter is used as the material to transmit power, with stable and fast acceleration and deceleration. Using a tension frequency converter to control the AC motor for conveying tension, the winding tension is controlled by a fully automatic rebound torque when the diameter changes. 
Part of the winding mechanism: The winding method is a combination of center and surface, which can be freely selected and applied when rewinding different materials. The coiling air pressure shaft adopts automatic inflation and deflation, and automatically changes the coil after rewinding is completed. 
Motor control part: The interface adopts LCD touch screen, which can directly set various winding conditions and operating conditions on the screen. The control part adopts a programmable controller for mechanical action control, equipped with a self detection system, which can diagnose the cause of machine failure by itself. 
Auxiliary feeding device: When the material is rolled out, it passes through the surface pressure wheel, which can make the material smoother and reduce noise.
Auxiliary material pulling device: Material winding can be assisted by a motor to pull the material, saving pulling time and reducing material loss.
Basic feeding form: The integrated feeding machine base is easy to operate and occupies a small space.
