Ton Bag Unloading Station Specially designed for central conveying systems in the plastics industry, it is suitable for core raw materials such as plastic resins, color masterbatches, and modified powders. Raw material unpacking machines also widely used in chemical, new energy, food additive and other fields, meeting high-cleanliness discharging requirements for pharmaceutical-grade excipients, battery materials and more, making it a standardized pre-processing equipment for central conveying systems.

Automatic Unpacking Machine Technical features:

- Applicable for unloading various bulk bags up to a maximum height of 1650 bags.
- Dual power electric hoists ensure effortless and quick loading, and specially designed hooks prevent accidental disengagement, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
- Stainless steel receiving bins facilitate personnel operation, and the size of the bins can be customized according to customer requirements (optional).
- An option to add manual input of 25-kilogram small bags is available.

- Options include a rotary feeding valve for positive pressure feeding into large silos or various suction valve components for negative pressure conveying. Also supplies all peripheral equipment for bulk bag unloading stations (various bag opening machines, loading fan stations, etc.).
