ABS sheet (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer sheet) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made from ABS resin, a copolymerization reaction of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). It is formed by extrusion or injection molding. ABS combines the chemical resistance and rigidity of acrylonitrile, the toughness and impact resistance of butadiene, and the processing fluidity and high-gloss surface of styrene, resulting in a material with excellent overall performance. ABS sheet features a smooth surface (roughness Ra <0.1μm), high gloss (60-85GU, near-mirror finish), and uniform color (commonly available in beige, black, porcelain white, or custom colors). Thicknesses typically range from 1mm to 260mm, widths from 1000mm to 2000mm, and custom lengths are available.
