JANBO Auto Slitting & Rewinding Machine for Various Paper and Film Materials

This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding of various Jumbo roll materials, such as Label paper ,release paper, glassine paper, crepe paper, laminated paper, carbonless paper, white card paper, cigarette packaging paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, self-adhesive materials, PVC plastic, release film and other log rolls.

1. 3 motors synchronous drive control system, ensuring high speed operation with stable tension control and aesthetically pleasing finished products.

2. Siemens PLC programmable logic controller central system; LED touchscreen interface for tension, slitting length/width, and parameter input.

3. Shaftless independent moveable unwinding base (Optional configurations: shaft/shaftless integrated or shaft/shaftless separate type).

4. 3" & 6" unidirectional torque chuck with conical chuck; Electric bilateral chuck actuation; Hydraulic lifting arms loading; Separable paper splice table.

5. Closed-loop tension control system integrated with ultrasonic automatic edge-guiding system.

6. Rewind pressure roller assembly with adjustable pneumatic pressure, suitable for various material slitting/rewinding requirements.

7. Quick-change rewind shaft system (air shaft ↔ differental shaft interchangeable).

8. Ultrasonic signal detection coupled with electronic full-automatic torque controller.

9. Ultrasonic detection synchronized with PLC algorithm and host line speed comparison control.

10. 2 PCS high-frequency electrostatic eliminator bars for effective static removal during rewinding.

11. The waste treatment device adopts a fan waste collection.

12. Optional tooling configurations: Pneumatic circular knives, upper/lower circular blade, industrial straight knives (fulfilling diverse material processing needs).

13. Lower knife with automatic positioning (knife gap setting) for precise alignment and enhanced efficiency.

14. Servo-driven ball screw automatic pusher with paper core positioning, reducing operator workload.

15. Independent rotating finished roll unloading device (equipped with air shaft and packaging).
