01. Material & supplier management

03. PCBA assembly
(1) SMT: 0201 SMT component mounting, BGA mounting, POP mounting process, fine pitch welding.
(2) Plug-in: automatic/manual plug-in, selective wave soldering, robot soldering, crimping assembly.
(3) PCBA related capabilities: IC program burning, three-proof coating, PCBA cleaning, BGA rework.
04. PCBA testing & aging
(1) AOI inspection, all products pass AOI inspection 100%.
(2) Functional testing, according to customer needs, we can help design and manufacture test fixtures to simulate 100% testing of product functions.
(3) Aging test, we have a special high-temperature aging room that can perform batch aging of PCBA and complete products.
05. Finished product assembly
(1) Complete product assembly, normal screw locking process.
(2) Ratio glue filling assembly, equipped with professional AB glue filling machine and many years of glue filling technology experience.
(3) Dust-free assembly, a dust-free workbench is built to deal with screen mounting operations.
(4) Automatic labeling, equipped with an automatic labeling machine to ensure accurate labeling alignment.
06. Supporting Services
(1) Reliability testing: We have reliability testing equipment such as constant temperature and humidity testers, salt spray testers, and vibration testers, which can be used to conduct product reliability testing according to customers' specific requirements.
(2) Import and export customs declaration: We have a dedicated customs team to provide customers with customs clearance and commodity inspection consulting services.
(3) Product certification assistance: Our company has factory inspection experience and supporting systems for product certifications such as CCC, UL, CSA, and ETL.
