Commissioning and Installation

1. Place the paper machine horizontally. Lock the universal wheels for stability.

2. Align the paper feeder with the downstream equipment to ensure smooth entry of the downstream equipment. Secure the photoelectric detection sensor at the conveyor outlet. When it detects an item, the machine stops and removes the feeder.

3. Adjust the width of the left and right feed stop gauges and the gap between the blades. Install an extended pallet for extra-long materials.

4. Connect to a 220V power supply, adjust the speed, and you're ready to go. Troubleshooting

Double sheets of paper are being ejected, paper is being ejected skewed, and the blade gap needs to be adjusted.

Care and Maintenance

1. Keep the equipment clean and perform necessary maintenance before starting work. Clean any necessary cleaning and check for loose parts before starting the machine. This will increase equipment lifespan, work efficiency, and operational safety.

2. Regularly check the tension and wear of belts and conveyor belts.
