The BF-650A Series Edge-Seal Automatic Sealing and Cutting Machine is a fully automatic, unmanned, linear sealing and cutting machine. Featuring a touchscreen design and digital control, it boasts high stability and faster response than traditional relay-operated models. The machine is simple to operate and maintain. Scope of Application:

1. The sealing blade utilizes a polytef-coated, anti-stick, and high-temperature resistant aluminum alloy blade, resulting in zero cracking, charring, smoke, and pollution.

2. Automatic feeding, with length automatically adjusted via a combination of an electric sensor and PLC. Equipped with an induction motor to automatically reel in scrap, this machine offers the advantage of being able to seal and cut any length regardless of the product. As long as the conveyor table is long enough, it can seal and cut at any length.

3. Equipped with a PLC program and touch screen, the machine features a custom-designed photoelectric detection system that allows for horizontal or vertical detection depending on the package, making it easy to seal and package thin and small packages.

4. The temperature display is directly displayed on the touch screen, allowing users to change data directly. The cutter temperature is extremely sensitive and precise, allowing for flexible settings. The cutter assembly also features an automatic protection function to prevent accidental cutting.
