Features
The base of the machine is designed like a standard peeler, making it easy to replace parts.
It utilizes a connecting rod drive and roller feed. When handling thicker materials, the feed automatically adjusts up and down with the material, reducing machine wear.
A special liquid spraying system effectively prevents blade sticking, improving production efficiency, preventing circular blades and machine rust, and extending machine life.
The liquid spraying is controlled by a solenoid valve, allowing for adjustable spraying time, for example, 5 seconds on, 3 seconds off. Different spraying times can be set based on the material being peeled.
Suitable for: beveling and uniformly thinning the edges of various natural leathers, PU leathers, hot melt adhesives, rubber, midsole panels, EVA materials, pearl cotton, foam sponges, latex, rubber, wetsuits, etc.
