Red Heat Shrink Butt Connectors

Product Description

Red heat shrink butt connectors adopt an integrated design of composite polyolefin heat shrink tubing and high-purity copper core, with built-in modified hot melt adhesive lining. The product combines excellent insulation, waterproofing, corrosion resistance and superior electrical conductivity.

Benefiting from the outstanding ductility and mechanical damage resistance of the composite heat shrink tube, it effectively protects the outer layer of crimped connections from abrasion. Coupled with a highly elastic structure, it ensures the connection is firm, stable and not easy to loosen.

It is easy and quick to install, and highly cost-effective. Its environmental resistance and anti-vibration performance make it far more reliable and durable than traditional connectors.

It adopts 99% pure red copper, and the single-side thickness of the copper barrel ranges from 0.8 to 1.0 mm (whereas low-end products on the market may be only around 0.4 mm thick).

Heat shrink tube: All models have an operating voltage of 600V and a withstand voltage of 2500V (dielectric breakdown voltage). The current-carrying capacity is calculated as the cross-sectional area of the barrel (in mm²) multiplied by 5, with the current unit being Ampere (A).
