Loss-in-Weight Feeders is Economical version from D-Doser,controls the speed of the extruder by instaling sensors at the bottom of the loss-in-weight barrel, continuously measuring the weight of the bucket,and combining a high-precision line speed control system.Stable control extrusion products within 0.3% of Gramme/Thickness.

Multi-component Loss-in-Weight Feeder is used in 2/3 components with loss in weight control technology, so the precision of raw material proportion is less than 0.1%. Make up for the inaccuracy of thickness/gramme due to the large density difference.

Loss-in-Weight Feeders modular design, cost-effective, compact structure, easy installation, cleaning, maintenance. Combined with the industrial 4.0 platform, greatly help the workshop to control materials, supervision of quality.
