Developed through dedicated R&D, JIUZH's leveling machine applies the "Bauschinger Effect" ，sheet metal was repeatedly twisted to make metal fiber gradually consistent, eliminate internal stress, restore and improve the flatness,the precision can reach micron level.The stagger arranged support rollers ensure leveling rollers bearing heavy pressure in balance without bending deformation, keeping the whole equipment have enough rigidity. Upper and lower support roller column & upper and lower leveling roller group making up four-high or six-high layers structure, ensuring stable, efficient and high-quality leveling performance.

Precisely adapted to the characteristics of aluminum plates: The servo system can finely adjust the low pressure , avoiding deformation of the aluminum plates due to excessive pressure. At the same time, it precisely eliminates the rolling stress and cutting warping of the aluminum plates, with a flatness error of ≤ 0.05mm/m after leveling, meeting the requirements for subsequent bending and stamping. 

Anti-scratch protection for the surface: During leveling, the aluminum plate surface is not scratched, eliminating the need for additional polishing treatment, ensuring the appearance texture of the aluminum plate and reducing the cost of secondary processing.
