PA66 thickened cable ties are the "golden partner" of Plastic Mesh in oyster farming, covering the entire process of cage assembly and protective reinforcement: When building HDPE Air-Cylinder Float Oyster Bag, use PA66 cable ties (10mm width, 4mm thickness, 40% thicker than ordinary ties, lateral tensile force ≥250N) to tightly fix Plastic Mesh (commonly 10-12 mesh, used as cage body mesh) to the cage frame and float connections—even under 1.5m/s water flow impact, mesh displacement is avoided. When splicing Plastic Mesh sheets for Hexagonal Oyster Basket, the ties’ tooth spacing ensures ≥180N self-locking force after closing, preventing mesh loosening due to tidal shaking, while the 1mm rounded ends won’t puncture the mesh or scratch oyster spat.

In addition, when using Plastic Mesh to build outer protective nets (to block predators like crabs and starfish), the PA66 ties’ UV-resistant and salt-spray-resistant properties (no aging after 800h salt spray test) ensure stable connection between the Plastic Garden Fence and Oyster Mesh Cage.
