This machine is widely used for molding the toe and heel of men's and women's casual shoes, sports shoes, and work shoes.

1. Utilizing an airbag outer mold, shoe shape changes require no replacement of the outer mold; only the aluminum last mold is required.
2. The hot upper mold utilizes quantitative steam control, allowing the lower mold temperature to reach 180°C and the cold mold temperature to drop to -10°C. (The airbag mold also has a cooling function.)
3. Automatically adjusts shoe size with intelligent memory storage, allowing easy size changes with a single click on the computer screen.
4. Intelligent on-screen control.
5. Combining both toe and heel molding in one machine simplifies work steps and improves efficiency, while also saving factory space and labor.
