2. Structural Features

This machine consists of a machine body, hydraulic system, upper and lower platens, and an electrical control unit. The lower platen is equipped with a sliding table and guide posts with an induction switch, making placement and removal of workpieces easier and faster, and ensuring more accurate up and down movement. The upper platen is equipped with a patented microswitch protection device to prevent product scrap. It features low energy consumption, high efficiency, high pressure, excellent embossing quality, stable operation, low noise, and a long service life.
