Product Description
1, Composition and Structure
The equipment is composed of rack, tensioning gear, diagonal making device, length and size adjustor, hydraulic station and electric control gear. The whole set of action is driven by oil cylinder, while the electric appliance is controlled by relay.
1, The rack is the square tube and welded-steel plate construction, and hydraulic station is equipped in the rack.
2, Two tension cylinders are fixed in the junction plate at one end of rack and the shaft end of tension cylinder is connected through junction plate and sliding panel at one end of diagonal making machine.
3, There are two sliding panels in the rack through straight line guidance of subsidiary connection, and the two sliding panels are both equipped with diagonal making cylinder, rack and diagonal making head components. The diagonal making cylinder drives the diagonal making axles in diagonal making head components to rotate through gear rack, and the pipes in the axles can be made diagonal when the diagonal making axles in the two sliding plates rotate towards reverse directions.
4, and hand wheel. The bearing pedestal is fixed on the rack at one end of tension cylinder, while feeding box/ sliding box base is fixed below the sliding plate at the other end.

2, Equipment Operating Instructions
Firstly, adjust the distance between two sliding plates through lead screw according to the product length, to make it conform to the size requirements of product. Put the single chips bent by the pipe-bending machine on the diagonal making axles, interlink each bending head of single chips to each diagonal making axle, tread the foot pedal, and the sliding plate at one end moves externally with the driving of tension cylinder to tension the pipes; next, the diagonal making cylinder drives the diagonal making axle to rotate through gear rack, to make the round heads at the two ends of single chips respectively rotate by 30° in reverse directions; after the reverse is in place, the tension cylinder is restored to loosen the pipes. At this time, take the workpieces out by hand. Tread the foot pedal again, and all actions will be restored and the machine recovers to its initial state.
3, Equipment Maintenance
Operators can only operate the equipment after they get familiar with the equipment structure, performance and its essential points of operation.
1, The work pressure of hydraulic pump is generally adjusted to be 3-6Mpa.
2, It needs to add the lubricating oil once per shift between the friction surfaces of rack and guide box.
