This single-station hydraulic water-soluble wax injection machine features a four-column mold clamping mechanism, offering exceptional stability and reliability. Both the mold clamping plate and lower platen are equipped with pre-installed chilled water connections, and a cooling water circulation plate is installed under the auxiliary workbench. This allows for precise control of the mold's overall temperature, effectively preventing overheating and significantly improving the quality of wax parts.

The ingeniously designed injection nozzle mechanism allows for vertical and horizontal adjustment, easily adapting to molds of varying sizes and meeting diverse production needs, providing users with exceptional flexibility.

The electronic control system is equipped with a Delta PLC programmable controller and an LCD human-machine interface, offering both manual and automatic operation modes. This not only ensures a simple operation process but also ensures more stable execution of process parameters. Even if a minor malfunction occurs during automatic operation, the operator can quickly switch to manual mode, ensuring uninterrupted work progress and a smoother and more worry-free production process.
