Automatic Palletizing and Unpacking System – Efficient Robotic Handling for Bulk Materials

Niasi's Automatic Unpacking Machine opener places a pallet of stacked bags onto a conveyor line, which automatically transports the pallet to the unpacking area of the bag opener. The bag opener's Layer-by-Layer Unpacking System then grabs the entire layer of bags and transports them to the bag opener for unpacking. The bags fall into the bag opener's lower hopper, and waste bags are automatically collected by a waste bag collector. After each stack of bags is unpacked, the conveyor line automatically transports the empty pallet to an empty pallet collection mechanism for automatic collection and palletizing.
