This machine is used for assembling the clips on both sides of clothes hangers.

Designed exclusively for pant hanger production, this automatic machine streamlines the assembly of U-shaped metal clips and plastic clips onto both sides of hangers—eliminating manual labor and boosting efficiency.

At its core, an automatic rotary worktable enables non-stop, smooth workflows, while four strategically placed vibrating feeders (two on each side) ensure steady, precise clip supply, minimizing jams and optimizing performance. The machine operates fully autonomously: it auto-conveys pant hangers to the assembly station, completes clip attachment with consistent accuracy, and then auto-stacks finished hangers for easy collection and downstream handling.

Flexible by design, it supports customization for hangers of different shapes and allows quick mold replacement—adapting to various hanger sizes in minutes with minimal downtime. Ideal for small to large-scale production, it cuts labor costs and raises output, making it a reliable solution for hanger manufacturers.
