This SH1600C-04 machine is used to put the clips onto both sides of plastic pant hangers. You load the metal and plastic clips into the feeders, place the hangers on the table, and the machine takes them around, puts the clips on, and stacks the finished hangers at the end. The clips sit straight, the grip feels firm, and the hangers look clean and even when they come out. It’s a good fit for factories that make pant hangers for clothing brands, shops, or packing use.

The machine operates at a speed of approximately 12 to 15 trouser hangers per minute, and the rotating worktable ensures the proper functioning of our components. Operation is easy; one person can easily manage the entire production line. Compared to manual operation or ordinary trouser hanger machines, this equipment maintains high output and high stability.

The SH1600C-04 can be adjusted for different hanger shapes and sizes by changing the mold, so you can switch between orders without losing too much time.
