The SH1600A-P is made for hanger factories that want to finish more work in one machine. This model handles two jobs together: metal hook inserting and rubber anti-slip strip assembling. Instead of moving hangers between separate stations, the whole process runs continuously on one machine, which helps save floor space and reduce extra handling during production.

The operation is very direct. Workers place the hooks into the rotary feeding disk, and the machine automatically sends them into the insertion position through vibration feeding. Plastic hangers are stacked on the storage shelf, which can hold around 50–80 pieces depending on hanger thickness. At the same time, the soft anti-slip strips are loaded into the working area and automatically attached onto the hanger body. After strip assembly, the hanger parts move straight into the hook inserting section without stopping.
