The workflow of this Automatic Hanger Assembly Machine is fully automated to reduce labor costs and enhance productivity. Meanwhile, plastic hangers are loaded into the storage rack, holding up to 60 pieces depending on their thickness. The rotating turntable moves hangers step by step—first to the printing station where logos are pad-printed, then to the hook insertion unit, where high-frequency heating ensures secure and precise attachment. Finished hangers are automatically stacked, and the entire process can be managed by a single worker, with one operator often able to handle two machines at once. This user-friendly design makes the machine suitable even for operators with basic training.
